Full Time Print Production Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Century Bond Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating sheet-fed or web offset printing machines.

Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and color management.

Ability to interpret production orders and technical specifications.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Good understanding of paper types, inks, coatings, and printing materials.

Basic computer skills for production reporting.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Set up, operate, and monitor offset printing presses for various print jobs.

Review job orders and verify printing specifications before production.

Adjust ink, water balance, registration, color density, and press settings to achieve required print quality.

Perform make-ready activities, including plate mounting, blanket installation, and paper loading.

Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.

Troubleshoot printing defects such as color variation, misregistration, ghosting, streaking, and ink smudging.

Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance of printing equipment.

Maintain production records, machine logs, and quality inspection reports.

Minimize material waste and machine downtime through effective process control.

Coordinate with Prepress, Planning, and Finishing departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Comply with workplace safety regulations, 5S practices, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and print quality.

Train and mentor junior printing operators when required.
