Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in interior design.

Candidates with 5 years or more of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply for our Senior Interior Designer position. Senior Interior Designers will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring junior designers, monitoring the design team's performance, and ensuring projects are delivered according to the company's quality standards.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/V-Ray/Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, detailing, and interior fit-out processes.

Good understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing.

Excellent creativity with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Willing to travel for site visits and project meetings when required.

Possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Develop creative interior design concepts based on clients' requirements, budgets, and project objectives.

Prepare space planning, mood boards, material selections, colour schemes, and furniture layouts.

Produce accurate 2D drawings, construction details, and design documentation using AutoCAD.

Prepare or coordinate 3D visualisations and presentation materials.

Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into the final design.

Conduct site visits, site measurements, and attend project meetings when required.

Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors, Site Supervisors, Contractors, Suppliers, and Vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure design intent is properly executed during construction and resolve any design-related issues on site.

Source suitable materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories that align with project requirements.

Ensure all drawings and documentation are accurate, updated, and comply with project specifications.

Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and quality standards are achieved.

Maintain effective communication with clients and internal project teams.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.

Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and industry best practices.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
