Fluent in Mandarin.

Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential

Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

Social media savvy

Must be available to work Monday to Friday (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM) and Saturday (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM).

Fixed working schedule.

Efficiently handle customer inquiries

Provide customers with fast and timely solutions, resolving all customer-related issues

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality customer service

Always adhere to the company's service standards

Effectively manage large amounts of information

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives, and follow up within the stipulated time to ensure problem resolution

Document customer interactions, process customer accounts, and organize relevant files

Comply with company communication processes, guidelines, and policies
