1) Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines.

2) At least 2 years of experience in equipment/system maintenance and reviewing plans.

3) Experience in a AV / LED Screen /M & E / Lighting.

4) Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

5) Ability to work on tight deadlines.

6) Willing to work OT, learn & teamwork.

7) Current valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

1) Monitoring of daily site activities and ensuring the construction works schedules are maintained.

2) Organizing, attending, and participating in project meetings.

3) Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

4) Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project

5) Site Management including issue and closure of work permit, Management of contractors and site GMP/Safety Rules.

6) General site work e.g asset tagging, site walkdowns.

7) Adherence to Project schedule.

8) Material management.

9) Administrative work-e.g filling up of Spare part enrollment forms.

10) Possibility to work shift/weekends and long hours (up to 12 hours)
