Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – full training and coaching will be provided.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & web-based systems).

  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • Confident and professional when speaking with customers over the phone.

  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Candidates with experience in a similar industry are encouraged to apply. However, candidates without relevant experience are also welcome, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Tanggungjawab

  • Contact customers to remind them of outstanding payments.

  • Help customers find suitable repayment solutions.

  • Assist customers with account enquiries and dispute resolution.

  • Review customer accounts and recommend appropriate repayment options.

  • Work with the team to achieve monthly targets.
