Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Requirement: 7 -10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least 3 -5 years in a leadership role specifically within Food Retail, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or Cold Chain logistics

Retail Operations Management: Lead and oversee the daily operations of retail food service outlets. Ensure all outlets comply with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards. Monitor store performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory planning, stock replenishment, and purchasing activities. Minimize stock shortages, overstock, and product wastage. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and product availability.

Sales & Financial Performance: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets. Monitor sales trends, operating costs, and profit margins. Prepare budgets and recommend cost-control initiatives.

Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections and audits. Maintain proper documentation and regulatory records.

Reporting & Strategic Planning: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Analyze business performance using operational and financial data. Recommend strategic improvements to support business growth
