• Educational or Practical Background: A degree or strong foundational background in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a highly related technical field.

• Hardware/Software Bridge: Proven ability to understand the intersection of software (3D scanning, digital twin data) and hardware (physical automotive manufacturing, rapid prototyping).

• Product Management Experience: Proven track record in managing physical product development, ideally within the automotive aftermarket, industrial design, or manufacturing sectors.

• Technical Authority & Leadership: Assertive leadership style; capable of translating technical constraints into business requirements and challenging execution teams to hit targets without sacrificing quality.

• Organizational Excellence: Exceptional ability to manage hundreds of SKUs or product segments simultaneously.

Technical Pipeline & Catalog Management

• Audit and organize a massive catalog of automotive accessory concepts and 3D scan data across multiple vehicle segments.

• Prioritize the product development roadmap based on market demand, profit margins, and manufacturing feasibility.

• Write clear, unambiguous Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and design briefs outlining required dimensions, material tolerances, and fitment standards.

Workflow Setup & Cross-Platform Execution

• Design the end-to-end operational framework: from initial 3D scan data processing to physical prototyping, final QA, and direct integration into our Shopify e-commerce platform.

• Evaluate technical and engineering constraints early in the pipeline to prevent bottlenecks during physical manufacturing.

Team Leadership & Speed to Market

• Assist in the future hiring and onboarding of dedicated 3D Renderers, Industrial Designers, and specialized engineering staff as the unit scales.

• Manage the design and rendering team's daily sprints, setting aggressive deadlines and pushing technical execution teams for rapid prototype turnarounds.

• Leverage your technical background to assess timeline pushback from the design/engineering teams, ensuring production schedules remain accurate and ambitious.
