Job Summary

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages according to ChaPanda's recipes and quality standards, while delivering a friendly and efficient customer experience.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• SPM or equivalent

• Up to RM2,400++ (Based on experience)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and specialty beverages following standard recipes

• Operate and maintain beverage-making equipment

• Take customer orders accurately, whether in-store or via delivery platforms

• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and outlet

• Manage stock replenishment for ingredients and supplies

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service

• Handle basic cash transactions and POS operations

• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times

• Support outlet manager with daily operational tasks
