Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.

Must able to communicate in Mandarin as need to deal with China customer

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely billing and collections.

Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes for timely payments to suppliers.

Maintain the General Ledger (GL) with accuracy and integrity.

Conduct regular Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts.

Perform Job Costing analysis to evaluate project profitability.

Prepare Journal Entries as required for accurate financial reporting.

Manage Fixed Assets accounting, including capitalizations and disposals.

Handle Cash Management to optimize cash flow.

Ensure Tax Compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Participate in Month-End Closing processes, ensuring timely reporting.

Provide support for Financial Reporting, assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

Assist with Audit Support, providing necessary documentation during audits.
