• Are based in Johor with your own car and valid driving licence

• Have at least a SPM qualification

• Have some experience in FMCG or retail merchandising — though we'll consider someone new with the right drive

• Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia (English or Mandarin is a bonus)

• Are physically active and comfortable spending the day on your feet

• Catch details others miss — a misaligned label, a gap on shelf, a missing price tag

• Work well independently and take ownership of your territory

• Have a smartphone for daily photo reporting

The Arrangement

• Freelance — work around outlet visit schedules, not a fixed 9-to-5

• Paid on a per-visit or per-day basis with travel and fuel reimbursement

• Full product training provided

• Top performers are considered for permanent sales positions

• Covering your assigned outlets on a structured visit cycle

• Stocking, facing, and arranging products to planogram standards

• Putting up and maintaining POS materials — shelf talkers, wobblers, banners, promotional displays

• Flagging low stock or out-of-stock situations to the sales team before they become a problem

• Supporting product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in-store

• Removing or correcting damaged, expired, or misplaced products

• Maintaining good rapport with store staff and floor managers

• Sending photo reports after each visit

• Keeping an eye on what competitors are doing on shelf
