As a Commercial Manager of our Platform Business, you are responsible of several elements in the business such as below:

Managing the whole business operation of the platform business.

Maintaining and improving the quality of the platform.

Monitoring the platform business for any potential gaps to be improvised.

Ensuring all users’ expectation and satisfaction are met.

Creating strategies to achieve goals and higher profit through marketing, promotions, partnerships, etc.

Guiding, training, and ensuring the teams run efficiently and effectively.

Planning and executing strategies for the business expansion.

Building and maintaining communication and relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
