Candidate Requirement

• Professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent

• At least 3 years experiences in coordinating building's repair/maintenance/renovation/construction or relevant works

• Good proficiency in English, Bahasa, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (speak, read and write)

• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency in MS office

• Possess good technical knowledge and problem solving skills

• Immediate joiner is an added advantage

• Responsible in supervising and leading day to day maintenance and building defect repair activities of the company premises

• Serve as the escalation point for any operational issues

• To plan, coordinate and lead building and grounds maintenance including building repair, electrical, aircon maintenance, plumbing, painting, replacements and lift maintenance

• Sourcing and overseeing service providers and internal staff for building maintenance work

• Initiative strategies to reduce the building operation repair cost and improvement plan for further cost reduction.

• Manage in house/contract vendors to carry out the defect repair or maintenance job

• Dealing with emergencies as they arise

• Must standby for off hours emergencies

• Handle Clients' queries and feedback amicably

• Liaise and attend meetings with clients and address their concerns

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned
