Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or any related discipline.

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction project management.

Good knowledge of construction methodologies, design processes, and local authority regulations.

Familiar with project budgeting, cost control, and reporting processes.

Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management capabilities.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee and support project planning and execution activities to ensure project timelines are achieved in line with Management’s expectations.

Lead and supervise project team members in coordinating with contractors to ensure projects are executed efficiently, minimizing delays and preventing extensions of time.

Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to project development and building inspections.

Support the management of project budgets, cost monitoring, and the preparation of reports for management review and decision-making.

Carry out any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by senior management.
