Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.

Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff.

Ensure timely delivery and efficient order fulfilment.

Coordinate with the purchasing, logistics, and sales teams.

Maintain proper warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety regulations.

Prepare warehouse reports and monitor operational performance.

Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
