• Diploma / Degree in HR Management

• At least 2 years related working experience in related field

• Experience in talent acquisition & onboarding

• Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System

• Good communication and written in English

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire hiring funnel from candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiations.

• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, and industry networks to attract top active and passive candidates.

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job specs, and set hiring timelines.

• Employer Branding: Craft compelling job descriptions and promote our employer brand to position us as a top choice for talent.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, memorable, and professional onboarding experience for every applicant.

• Recruitment Analytics: Track key metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to optimize our recruitment strategies.

• Others: Support the People & Culture operations from time to time.
