Full Time Assistant Production Manager (Mandarin Speaking) -- Semenyih Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Synergy Staffing Selangor - Maukerja

-Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 6 years in a management position.
-Experience in manufacturing industries such as food, FMCG, plastics, or packaging.
-Good understanding of food safety standards and production processes.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Able to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines.
-Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (such as AutoCount).
-Able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese to communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking stakeholders.

-Plan and manage daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
-Lead and supervise production teams, including supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
-Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
-Ensure products meet food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, HALAL).
-Work closely with QA/QC to solve quality issues and implement improvements.
-Improve production efficiency and reduce waste through continuous improvement initiatives.
-Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machines are properly maintained.
-Monitor raw material usage and coordinate stock with the warehouse.
-Ensure workplace safety and conduct regular safety checks.
-Prepare production reports and KPI updates for management.
