Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship & Telesales Specialist to engage with existing platform users, maintain strong customer relationships, and promote platform activities to increase user engagement and conversions.

Job Requirements:

• Language (Mandatory): Proficient/Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Trilingual required for daily user communication).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, outbound customer service, sales, or client retention.

• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, persuasion, and stress resistance.

• Background: Experience in high-conversion online industries, gaming, or e-commerce is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Follow-up: Perform phone calls and online messages to communicate with existing platform registered users, maintain strong client relationships, and increase platform activity.

• Promotions & Conversion: Introduce latest platform activities, promotional packages, and rewards to encourage user participation and reactivation.

• Target Achievement: Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including contact rate, user retention, and conversion value.

• Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate user conversation records within the CRM system.
