Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Assistant to support the accounting team in managing clients' accounting records, bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll processing and compliance-related tasks. This role provides hands-on exposure to various industries and opportunities to develop practical accounting and business advisory skills.

Training Provided:

Comprehensive training will be provided in accounting processes, accounting software, financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll, e-Invoice and client management skills. Employees will receive continuous guidance and coaching to develop practical accounting knowledge and professional skills.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping and accounting data entry.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.

• Process sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.

• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in month-end closing.

• Assist in preparing management accounts and financial reports.

• Support tax, SST, audit, payroll and e-Invoice related tasks.

• Communicate with clients to collect documents and follow up on outstanding information.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
