- Purchasing Executive: Experience in local and overseas purchasing is preferred.
- Purchasing Assistant: Minimum Diploma qualification or above.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to business communication requirements.
- Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
Tanggungjawab
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor order status.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Maintain purchasing records and supplier databases.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure purchasing requirements are met.
- Resolve purchasing issues and follow up on delivery discrepancies.
- Perform other purchasing and administrative duties assigned by management.
