Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician to join our growing dental team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, repairing and maintaining high-quality dental prostheses while working closely with dentists to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma or higher qualification in Dental Technology or an equivalent field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a dental laboratory is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of crown & bridge, dentures, orthodontic appliances or ceramic work will be an added advantage.

• Experience with CAD/CAM systems, digital scanning, Exocad or 3D printing is an advantage.

• Good manual dexterity with strong attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Good time management skills and able to meet production deadlines.

• Responsible, reliable and committed to producing quality work.

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.

• Fabricate dental prostheses including crowns, bridges, dentures, retainers, splints and other dental appliances.

• Perform model pouring, trimming, articulation and wax-up procedures.

• Finish, polish and adjust dental restorations according to clinical requirements.

• Repair or modify existing dental prostheses when required.

• Operate and maintain dental laboratory equipment and tools.

• Ensure all laboratory work meets quality standards and prescribed turnaround times.

• Follow infection control, safety and laboratory protocols.

• Maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment.

• Communicate effectively with dentists regarding case requirements and technical issues.

• Manage laboratory materials, inventory and equipment maintenance.

• Support digital dentistry workflows including CAD/CAM, intraoral scans and 3D printing (if applicable).

• Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
