• Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Possess relevant local accounting qualifications or certifications.
• Minimum2 years of full set accounting experience.
• Familiar with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience inretail or e-commerce industries is an added advantage.
• Able to independently manage end-to-end finance operations.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin to communicate effectively with China headquarters.

Accounting & Taxation

• Independently handle full set accounting functions, including daily accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage local tax filing and payment for all applicable taxes.
• Handle business registration, licensing, and compliance-related matters.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure financial compliance.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Review inventory in/out documentation and perform cost calculations.
• Organize regular stock take activities and follow up on inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory turnover and ensure cost accuracy and reasonableness.
• Manage fixed asset records, including asset recognition and depreciation calculations.
• Conduct quarterly asset verification to ensure accuracy between records and actual assets.

Cash Flow & Invoice Management

• Manage banking-related activities and daily payment/collection processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
• Issue sales invoices and manage purchase invoice verification and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and management of financial documents and records.

Cross-Border Compliance Management

• Verify customs clearance information against China import/export documentation.
• Review completeness and accuracy of customs clearance documents.
• Monitor import tax calculations and ensure compliance with cross-border logistics requirements.
• Maintain proper records and archives of customs documentation.

Internal Finance Management

• Review expense claims and reimbursement requests.
• Handle payroll and social security calculations.
• Submit financial reports and required documents to headquarters on time.
• Assist with local budgeting and provide financial analysis support for business operations.
