About the role

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building, coaching, and leading a high-performing network of freelance Sales Agents while driving business growth across the residential solar market.

We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people, creating scalable sales processes, and leading from the front. You'll spend time both coaching your team in the field and developing strategies that improve sales performance.
