Kerja Sepenuh Masa Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,400 di Forest City Golf Hotel Johor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity.

Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holiday.

Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on hotel facilities, equipment, and systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, appliances).

Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance calls.

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for maintenance needs and safety compliance.

Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate with external contractors when needed.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Complete daily maintenance checklists and update maintenance logs.

Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Report major maintenance issues and potential hazards to supervisors.

Assist in energy-saving and sustainability initiatives of the hotel.

Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants.

Support emergency response (e.g., power failure, fire systems, water leakage).

Report any potential problems/hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action.
