Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
Previous experience in hotel engineering, facilities maintenance, or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.
Ability to lead and supervise technicians while managing maintenance schedules and daily operations.
Good problem-solving skills with strong safety awareness and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily engineering operations including maintenance, repair, and project work to ensure smooth functioning of all hotel systems and facilities.
Lead and supervise the engineering technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
Plan and assign duties such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.
Monitor the performance of equipment and systems
Monitor progress and ensure timely resolution of faults and completion of work.
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Conduct routine inspections of hotel premises to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
Maintain maintenance records and report major issues to the supervisor.
