REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, banking, financial services, or corporate solution selling.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and resilience skills to comfortably handle high-level financial discussions.

• A basic understanding of business cash flow, credit risk, or corporate debt concepts is an advantage.

• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel around the Klang Valley for client presentations.

• Fluency in English and Malay. (Ability to converse in Mandarin is a massive advantage when dealing with corporate business directors).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and pitch our "Triple A" credit risk and debtor management frameworks to corporate clients and SMEs.

• Consultative Selling: Conduct professional client needs analysis to identify gaps in their cash flow, bad debts, and credit control workflows.

• Propose Solutions: Structure and present customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements to help clients recover cash flow safely and legally.

• Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up on warm corporate leads, handle financial objections, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Cross-Solution Collaboration: Leverage our exclusive corporate alliance with an authorized training provider to offer comprehensive, bundled credit control solutions to clients.
