Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia with at least one (1) year of working experience in Sales/ Customer Service/ Retail.

Accept fresh graduates (Diploma and above)

Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident in engaging with customers and achieving sales targets.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well in a team.

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Perform outbound calls to promote products and promotions and generate targeted sales for the company.

Answering and responding to inbound calls on product promotions & packages, enquiries according to the specified Practice and Procedure.

Ensure the monthly sales target is achieved

To provide accurate information/ solution/ service with excellent telephone courtesy.

Ensure compliance with roles and responsibilities as assigned.
