REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or any related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, marketing, corporate training, or solution selling (experience in corporate environments is an advantage).

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to comfortably handle high-level corporate discussions.

• A basic interest or understanding of corporate development, workplace leadership, or business finance concepts.

• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel around the Klang Valley for corporate client presentations.

• Fluency in English and Malay. (Ability to converse in Mandarin is a massive advantage when dealing with corporate business directors).

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and pitch our comprehensive range of HRD Corp claimable training courses to corporate clients and corporate partners.

• Consultative Selling: Conduct professional client needs analysis to identify internal gaps in their talent, credit workflows, or compliance strategies.

• Propose Solutions: Structure and present customized training proposals, quotations, and service agreements to help clients maximize their HRD Corp levy utilization.

• Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up on corporate leads, manage client training schedules, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Cross-Solution Collaboration: Leverage our exclusive corporate alliance with a premier risk management consultancy to offer complete, end-to-end corporate financial safety solutions.
