Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the wellness/lifestyle products industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a personalised and engaging customer experience

Strong product knowledge and a passion for health and well-being

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to achieve sales goals

Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia （Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage）

Assisting customers with product demonstrations and recommendations to help them find the perfect solutions for their well-being needs

Ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing to create an inviting shopping experience

Actively engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and converting sales opportunities

Providing post-sales support and handling customer feedback and queries

Collaborating with the store team to achieve individual and collective sales targets

Maintaining detailed product knowledge and staying up-to-date with company news and promotions
