• Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin. You must be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to strangers with confidence.

• Multi-tasking: Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously without losing track of the details.

• Tools: Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and basic CRM tools is a huge plus.

• Mindset: A "no task is too small" attitude—you’re as happy designing a post as you are calling a lead or moving boxes at an event.

1. Social Media & Content Management

•  Profile Ownership: Daily management of multiple company profiles across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Content Execution: Scheduling posts, responding to comments, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all digital "storefronts."

2. Integrated Marketing Campaigns

• Digital & Offline Support: Assist in the rollout of digital ads and traditional offline marketing (flyers, banners, local outreach).

• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results and provide basic reports on what’s working and what isn’t.

3. Lead Management & Conversion

• The "First Touch": Manage the lead pipeline. You will be responsible for outbound calling to warm leads who have expressed interest through our platforms.

• ●  Nurturing: Qualify leads through professional communication, answering initial questions, and setting appointments for the senior team.

4. Event Coordination

• On-the-Ground Logistics: Assist in planning and executing company events, roadshows, or pop-up booths.

• Event Promotion: Drive attendance through digital teasers and ensure all marketing materials are ready for "show day."
