Minimum Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

Previous experience in sales, membership sales, customer service, or hospitality industry is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Able to identify sales opportunities, follow up with leads, achieve sales targets, and manage the full sales cycle.

Customer-oriented, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsible for promoting and selling golf memberships, corporate packages, and event-related services.

· Identify and follow up with sales leads via calls, emails, walk-ins, and referrals.

· Provide information on membership benefits, pricing, and terms for potential customers.

· Build relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.

· Conduct regular follow-ups to renew expiring memberships or upselling services.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customers’ information.

· Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Supervisor.

· Actively promote company projects, arrange presentations and meetings with prospective clients, attend to customers’ enquiries and provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales.

· To execute & monitor the whole sales cycle by handling the potential customer’s enquiries, site viewing, document signing, etc.

· To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
