Language Proficiency:Native or business-level fluency inKorean (TOPIK Level 5/6) and English to communicate with Korean stakeholders.

Education: Minimum SPM / O Level / SKM or Equivalent (Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification is highly preferred).

Work Experience: Prior experience in Record to Report (RTR), general ledger (GL), or finance analysis in a Shared Services Environment (SSC).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound understanding of financial reporting standards.

Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) accounting process.

Handle general ledger activities, including journal postings and entries.

Perform balance sheet and bank account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.

Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.

Collaborate with internal/external auditors and Japanese business stakeholders to resolve accounting queries.
