• Proven working experience as an Admin Assistant, Accounts Support, or similar role.

• Basic knowledge of accounting software (SQL) and MS Office (Excel & Word).

• Good organizational, numerical, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (English is an added advantage).

1. General Office Administration

• Handle day-to-day office administration tasks and maintain a good office working environment.

• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, mail, and courier services.

• Maintain a systematic filing system (both physical and digital) for administrative documents to ensure easy retrieval.

2. Accounts & Finance Support

• Check and review daily sales records, cash collections, and sales reports against banking records.

• Review accounting entries and financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in preparing basic accounting documents such as official receipts, payment vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders (PO).

• Assist with daily data entry into the accounting system and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and handle account receivables (AR).

• Assist in organizing supplier invoices, managing account payables (AP), and preparing documents for monthly payments.

• File and organize tax-related, financial, and banking documents for audit purposes.

3. Operational & General Support

• Assist in preparing, formatting, and processing official letters, forms, and business correspondence.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (e.g., vendors, bankers, agents) on daily operational issues.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments assigned by the management.
