• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve player complaints and escalate complex issues effectively.

• Basic computer literacy and fast typing skills for order processing, transaction handling, and maintaining accurate customer interaction records.

• Patience, empathy, and professional etiquette when dealing with online gamer communities.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Provide accurate information about products or services

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner

Process orders, requests, and service-related transactions

Maintain customer records and update interaction details

Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed
