Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related
  field.

- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing, steel, construction materials, industrial 
  products, or related industries.

- Experience in the Malaysian local market is preferred.

- Experience selling steel products or building materials is an added advantage.

- Good in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia in verbal, reading and writing. We are seeking
  candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse
  client base, leaders and stakeholders.

Required Languages: Mandarin (must), Bahasa Malaysia, and English.

Responsibility
Sales & Business Development
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers throughout Malaysia.
2. Identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction, manufacturing, trading, and industrial  
    sectors.
3. Promote and sell the company's products to distributors, dealers, contractors, fabricators, retailers, and end   
    users.

Customer Relationship Management

1. Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

2. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

3. Handle customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments to achieve timely resolution.

4. Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to products and services.

Sales Coordination
1. Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure  
    smooth order processing and on-time delivery.

2. Monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and inventory availability.

3. Follow up on customer payments and assist in maintaining healthy accounts receivable.
