Full Time Warehouse Assistant Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Vekan Malaysia Sdn Bhd Pelabuhan Klang - Maukerja

Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma or Degree in a related field. Proficient in ERP systems, statistical tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Experienced in operating forklifts and lift trucks.

Implement FIFO system and ensure all materials are stored in the correct location with proper labels and packaging.

Ensure standard packaging is followed, and repack goods when necessary.

Generate Material Issuance (MI) accurately in the E10 system with superior’s approval and ensure timely issuance to production.

Perform weekly/monthly cycle counts of parts and materials as instructed by the superior and target accucacy more than 95%.

Update stock records manually and notify superior of low stock levels. Coordinate with IQC during receiving and outgoing processes.

Maintain warehouse equipment and tools (e.g., hand jack, forklift, furniture) in good condition.

Support 5S activities and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Comply to safety requirement during at workplace.
