Collaborate with sales leadership to implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data in the CRM system.

Work with customer service to ensure smooth transitions from sales to post-sales support.

Continuously improve workflows and share best practices with the sales team.

Ensure timely processing of sales orders and documentation.
