Proven Experience in insurance sales, telesales, banking, or telemarketing is highly preferred.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively present our services and convince potential customers.

Proven track record in outbound sales, lead conversion, or telesales environment will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Target-driven and comfortable working in a sales-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and ability to manage customer data accurately

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be a plus

Working time: 9am – 6pm

Working Location: TRX (Fully Onsite)

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote auto-financing products, including auto refinancing solutions, to prospective and existing customers.

Follow up with customers consistently to manage leads and ensure timely processing of applications and documentation.

Clearly explain product features, eligibility requirements, and benefits to customers

Deliver excellent customer service by handling enquiries and resolving customer concerns in a timely and confident manner.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the system.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and approved telesales scripts during all customer interactions.

Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.
