Kerja Sepenuh Masa Kitchen Steward (Data Centre, Elmina Business Park), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,200 di Sodexo Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

• At least High School Graduate / Senior High School.

• Vocational course or short training in Housekeeping, Sanitation, or Food & Beverage Services is an advantage.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen or food service environment.

• Graduate of a Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or Hotel & Restaurant Services vocational program or secondary equivalent.

Dishwashing & Sanitation

● Operate dishwashing and pot-washing machines efficiently and safely.

● Wash and sanitize all kitchen wares (plates, utensils, cookware) following food safety

protocols.

● Ensure proper drying and storage of all cleaned items in designated areas.

Kitchen & Equipment Cleaning.

● Clean and sanitize workstations, kitchen floors, walls, and ceilings according to daily and weekly schedules.

● Assist in deep-cleaning activities for kitchen hoods, grills, ovens, and other heavy-duty equipment.

● Follow proper cleaning techniques using assigned tools and chemicals.

Waste Management & Sustainability.

● Execute all waste segregation procedures, sorting compost, recyclables, and general waste in compliance with site protocols.

● Contribute to sustainability goals by using eco-friendly cleaning materials and methods.

● Remove trash and waste from all kitchen and dish areas in a timely and safe manner.

● Take responsibility for the proper disposal of all kitchen waste.

Safety & Hygiene

● Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines outlined by Sodexo at Google.

● Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks.

● Report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions to the Chief Steward.

Service Readiness & Team Support

● Ensure timely availability of clean kitchen tools and wares during meal service times.

● Assist with basic setup of kitchen workstations if needed.

● Collaborate with fellow stewards and kitchen staff to support smooth operations.

Location: Elmina Business Park, business park, Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

Expected Start Date: 1st September 2026

Working Hours:(Rostered Shift)

• Shift 1: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Shift 2: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

Working Days: 5 Days & 2 Off days (Offdays might fall on either on weekdays/weekend)
