• Diploma/Degree in marketing, mass communication, multimedia, graphic design, or a related field (an advantage, not compulsory)

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing

• Highly energetic, outgoing, and confident, with a natural ability to engage with people

• Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand on social media

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Basic to good knowledge of Canva and Adobe Illustrator (AI)

• Able to shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms

• Familiar with current TikTok/social media trends

• Willing to host TikTok Live and participate in promotional activities

• Presentable and comfortable interacting with customers and the public

• Able to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• A portfolio of posters, videos, or previous content work is highly encouraged (to bring during interview)

Social Media & Content Creation

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

• Develop creative ideas for short-form videos, promotional campaigns, and social media content

• Appear as brand representative/talent during video shoots when required

• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos for social media

• Follow current social media trends to identify viral or high-engagement content opportunities

• Develop creative concepts to promote menu items, promotions, and packaged products (e.g., sauces)
  

TikTok Live & Social Selling

• Host TikTok Live and other social media live sessions

• Introduce and promote restaurant/company products during live sessions

• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases

• Assist in developing ideas and scripts for live sessions
  

Graphic Design

• Design posters, promotional materials, social media artwork, and marketing collaterals

• Use Canva and Adobe Illustrator (AI) to produce marketing materials

• Ensure all visual content follows the company's branding guidelines
  

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Work closely with the restaurant and management team to identify content opportunities

• Assist with photography and videography for new menu launches, promotions, and events

• Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement

• Perform other marketing and content-related duties as assigned
