Kelayakan
Minimum one year of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction.
Able to read construction drawings and material specifications.
Detail-oriented with good reporting and coordination skills.
Valid CIDB Construction Personnel Registration, or willingness to obtain it when required.
Valid Malaysian driving licence and own transport.
Mainly required to travel to different project sites based on project locations.
Tanggungjawab
Conduct site inspections based on approved drawings, material specifications and company quality standards.
Prepare inspection reports, photographic records, defect lists and rectification follow-up reports.
Coordinate with contractors and the site team to close defects before handover.
Maintain QA/QC documentation and support pre-handover inspections.
