Minimum 4 years’ experience in Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) or NPI.

Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commercial approach.

Consistent track record to form effective links and influence customers at all levels.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change leadership skills.

Independent, proactive, and adaptable standout colleague with strong ownership.

Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficient in written and spoken English.  

Degree or experience in Business Management and/or certifications in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Handle end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring timely In-Full (OTIF) outcomes.

Develop and supervise project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Coordinate with NPI, Quality, Brand Marketing, Engineering, and Factory teams to achieve project objectives.

Provide timely project status updates and flag key decisions to drive progress.

Lead risks, resolve operational issues, and ensure vital mitigation plans are in place.

Maintain clarity of project costs, including tooling, trials, and write-offs, to relevant partners.

Lead and empower cross-functional teams, promoting partnership across functions and markets.

Give to continuous improvement initiatives and support knowledge sharing within the NPI community.
