Full Time Claims Executive (Cantonese Speaker) Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in Global Lancesoft Sdn Bhd Bandar Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in insurance claims processing (Medical, Health, Life, Employee Benefits, or General Insurance).
* Strong knowledge of claims adjudication, claim verification, eligibility assessment, and claim settlement.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
* Ability to speak Cantonese is mandatory to support Hong Kong clients.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience working in an insurance company, TPA, shared service center, or insurance BPO is an advantage.

Process insurance claims accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
Review and verify claim documents to determine eligibility and policy coverage.
* Assess claims and calculate claim settlements based on company policies and procedures.
* Ensure claims are processed in compliance with SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve claim-related issues.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality claim processing.
* Support ad hoc operational tasks as assigned.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental KPIs and service standards.
