Minimum SPM; Diploma in Hospitality or related field is preferred.

At least 1 year of experience in hospitality; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu; PC-literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Flexible to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Professional attitude with strong communication and time management skills.

Greet guests, answer calls, and manage front desk operations.

Maintain and update files, documents, and guest registration records.

Handle incoming/outgoing mail, office supplies inventory, and basic bookkeeping.

Operate office equipment including photocopiers, printers, and hotel registration systems.

Inspect and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas to hygiene standards.

Perform housekeeping tasks including vacuuming, dusting, bed-making, and replacing toiletries.

Handle guest complaints, special requests, and loan items professionally.

Ensure guest room security, privacy, and enforce safety and sanitation policies.

Participate in rotation and deep cleaning duties as required.
