Full Time Service Advisor (Mandarin Speaking) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Global Lancesoft WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in insurance claims processing (Medical, Health, Life, Employee Benefits, or General Insurance).

* Strong knowledge of claims adjudication, claim verification, eligibility assessment, and claim settlement.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

* Ability to speak Cantonese is mandatory to support Hong Kong clients.

* Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

* Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

* Prior experience working in an insurance company, TPA, shared service center, or insurance BPO is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Process insurance claims accurately and within agreed turnaround times.

* Review and verify claim documents to determine eligibility and policy coverage.

* Assess claims and calculate claim settlements based on company policies and procedures.

* Ensure claims are processed in compliance with SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).

* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.

* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve claim-related issues.

* Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality claim processing.

* Support ad hoc operational tasks as assigned.

* Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental KPIs and service standards.
