Requirements
Degree holders (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
Diploma holders with a minimum of 2 years' working experience.
SPM/STPM holders with a minimum of 5 years' working experience.
Good command of English.
Able to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Handle 100% inbound calls from customers.
Assist with banking enquiries (ATM, cards, savings/current accounts, insurance, etc.).
Resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
