Education & Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CPA, MIA, or relevant professional accounting body certification is an added advantage).

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in managing monthly, quarterly, and annual full set accounts (bookkeeping).

• Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing and Malaysian statutory filings (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

• Familiarity with financial reporting standards (MFRS/SFRS) for preparing compliance-ready financial statements.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, AutoCount, SQL).

Compliance & Coordination Skills: Experience liaising directly with external tax agents, auditors, and company secretaries to ensure timely tax and secretarial filings.

Bookkeeping: Independently manage monthly, quarterly, and annual
bookkeeping (full set) for multiple clients.

Payroll Services: Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory contributions and filings (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) for assigned clients.

Compliance Coordination: Act as the main point of contact to coordinate with external tax agents and company secretaries to ensure all clients' tax and secretarial.

Filings are completed accurately and on time.

Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards (MFRS/SFRS).
