Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field

Valid CIDB Green Card (mandatory)

Possess OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) Certificate

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects

Physically fit and presentable

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Willing to work outstation when required

Supervise and manage site operations from project commencement through to completion

Follow up on delivery orders and ensure materials arrive on schedule

Ensure project runs smoothly without delays and meets quality standards

Manage and lead site workers, ensuring discipline and productivity on site

Oversee proper handling, storage and safekeeping of construction materials and equipment

Prepare and submit accurate weekly site progress reports to management
