  • Introduce and explain company products or services to customers

  • Follow up with leads and maintain good customer relationships

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

  • Record customer information and follow-up activities accurately

  • Handle customer enquiries professionally

  • Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve business goals
