Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in TransPak Penang Sdn. Bhd. Nibong Tebal - Maukerja

Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with experience in production or manufacturing operations will have an added advantage.

Good understanding of production processes, workplace safety, housekeeping, and 6S practices.

Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to guide and coordinate workers effectively.

Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment while meeting production and quality requirements.

To carry out production schedule and estimates manpower planning for completion of job assignment.

Responsible for the daily operational activities which include housekeeping and 6S to improve safety and quality of work and products.

To coordinates with others supervision on activities of other department.

Managing staff and provide guidance when needed.

To identify individual worker's strength/weakness and promote/improve accordingly.

To review previous quality issues with the workers to prevent the recurrence.

To provide training of proper skillsets and monitoring workers' ability to upgrade to next level.

To lead by example and monitor the workers attendance performance.

To upgrade personal capability towards career advancement planning.

To carry out any other work as assigned by the Production Supervisor from time to time.

Understand on the requirements for a QMS, Including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.

Assist with onsite packing when required, ensuring proper handling and packaging of goods.

Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time
