• Are well-versed in proactive lead generation, including cold calling, social networking (e.g. active on LinkedIn).

• Have significant personal savings to manage initial zero-income phase (4 months+-, based on individual effort)

• Good command in English. Local dialects will be a plus.

• Are NOT looking for a base salary, part time, or temporary role.

KEY ROLES :

Business Development (20%)

• Conduct business development to identify and secure new clients.

• Connect HR PIC, Business Owners or Hiring Managers through proactive cold calling, email campaigns, social media (e.g. LinkedIn), referrals, and networking.

• Identify client's hiring challenges, job requirements and the right talent needs.

• Establish strong rapport with clients to ensure repeated business.

Recruitment (80%)

• Once job orders are secured, conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications.

• Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely and quality placements.

• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate job offers.

• Provide exceptional support to candidates to ensure good candidate experience.
